We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve providing on-site and on-call assistance to end-users within our clients' desktop computing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of desktop operating systems, hardware, and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
