Job Description

As a Learning and Capability Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering tailored learning solutions that address critical business and talent challenges. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify workforce skill gaps, recommend strategic learning initiatives, and position the organization as a thought leader in capability development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients and stakeholder teams to uncover learning needs and recommend tailored solutions from the organization's workplace learning portfolio that drive measurable workforce impact.
  • Lead strategic learning and capability initiatives by conducting needs analyses, identifying skill gaps, and aligning learning strategies with client business goals.
  • Deliver expert consulting and thought leadership on workforce capability, future skills, and learning trends—becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of learning solutions with client expectations.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand the organization's presence in key employer markets.
  • Drive business growth and innovation by pursuing new business opportunities and positioning the organization as a leader in workplace learning and capability development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Skilled in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and capability development, with deep knowledge of adult learning and digital design.
  • Strategic and solutions-focused—translate client needs into impactful learning strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Builds trusted relationships and influences across all levels, backed by strong commercial acumen and stakeholder credibility.
  • Collaborative and resilient—thrive in dynamic environments, co-creating people-centred solutions with high-performing teams.
  • Qualified in Education, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field with hands-on experience in learning platforms, capability frameworks, and content tools.
