About the Role:We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Planning Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting people to enriching experiences and advancing their careers.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Relationship Management: Manage key relationships within and across Assurance to drive business outcomes.
- Resource Optimization: Collaborate with engagement managers to allocate resources effectively, challenge hours and timing, and optimize performance metrics.
- Team Capability Development: Identify opportunities to develop team capabilities, resolve resourcing conflicts, and promote diversity and inclusivity.
- Experience in resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business value.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
