About the Role:

  • Resource Optimization: Collaborate with engagement managers to allocate resources effectively, challenge hours and timing, and optimize performance metrics.
  • Team Capability Development: Identify opportunities to develop team capabilities, resolve resourcing conflicts, and promote diversity and inclusivity.
