Job Title: Workforce Management Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our workforce planning efforts and ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills to develop and implement workforce plans that drive business success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage long-term workforce supply plans to support future growth and maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee rostering practices to optimize workforce deployment and reduce travel time.
  • Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to forecast demand and ensure readiness for new clients.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to improve service delivery and align with our broader strategy.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment by embedding best practices.
  • Coach, develop, and resourcing your team to deliver exceptional work and grow in their roles.
  • Partner with senior leaders to turn strategic goals into tactical plans.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years' experience in workforce planning, with strong leadership and strategic skills.
  • A solid background in managing large, dynamic workforces – ideally in community or aged care.
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling and improving workforce efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A knack for bringing people together and leading through influence.
  • A strong understanding of the Home and Community Care environment.
