
Workforce Management Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our workforce planning efforts and ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills to develop and implement workforce plans that drive business success.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage long-term workforce supply plans to support future growth and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee rostering practices to optimize workforce deployment and reduce travel time.
- Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to forecast demand and ensure readiness for new clients.
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data to inform decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to improve service delivery and align with our broader strategy.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment by embedding best practices.
- Coach, develop, and resourcing your team to deliver exceptional work and grow in their roles.
- Partner with senior leaders to turn strategic goals into tactical plans.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field – or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years' experience in workforce planning, with strong leadership and strategic skills.
- A solid background in managing large, dynamic workforces – ideally in community or aged care.
- Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling and improving workforce efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A knack for bringing people together and leading through influence.
- A strong understanding of the Home and Community Care environment.
