Job Title: Workforce Development Specialist

We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Workforce Development Specialist. This position will be responsible for managing daily engagement between candidates and clients, creating a high-performing environment emphasizing growth, customer satisfaction, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workforce planning and rostering, monitoring attrition, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and termination.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Workforce Coordinator, Onsite Consultant, or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Previous people management experience is highly desirable.
  • Operational knowledge is required.
