The Advancement Services Specialist role involves utilising advancement information systems to identify individuals and cohorts for deeper engagement and connection with the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and provide reports and recommendations that support the University's strategic engagement with alumni, donors, community members, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure information on constituents is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide sophisticated background research on notable individuals, organisations and groups.
  • Identify prospects for strategic activities, programs and awards.
About The Position

This includes working as part of a team to manage data, conduct prospect research and produce reports. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in research and reporting, and a strong understanding of advancement information systems.
