We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to lead our Broome business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Your natural ability to engage customers will see you build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or commercial management, with a strong understanding of the building products and construction industries. You will be a collaborative leader, able to guide and manage a sales and manufacturing team. Tertiary qualifications are not essential, but would be viewed favourably.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification. You will be given autonomy and support to manage a key business unit as part of Stratco's national operations. Relocation assistance will be provided, along with an attractive remuneration package.
