The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Management professional to lead our Broome Production and Sales business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share, developing new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Your natural ability to engage customers will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, expanding our customer base and growing our regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a small, collaborative team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience in the building products/construction/engineering industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (desirable)
