The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Management professional to lead our Broome Production and Sales business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share, developing new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Your natural ability to engage customers will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, expanding our customer base and growing our regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales and Production Operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Mentor and manage a small, collaborative team
Requirements
  • Background in Sales or commercial capacity within the building products/construction/engineering or related fields
  • High level of energy and drive, with a collaborative yet decisive leadership style
  • Tertiary qualifications viewed favourably
