The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Management professional to lead our Broome Production and Sales business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share, developing new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Your expertise in sales and marketing will enable you to promote our extensive range of products, including Roofing, Rainwater, Patio, Sheds, Fencing, and associated Steel Framing Products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a small, collaborative team to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and increase customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the building products/construction/engineering or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build strong relationships
  • High level of energy and drive, with a collaborative yet decisive leadership style
  • Tertiary qualifications, while not essential, would be viewed favourably
