- Maintain strong relationships with key customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably in FMCG.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
