Medical Registrar Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Registrar to join our team in a busy regional centre that receives an interesting and diverse case mix.

The successful applicant will be currently undertaking General and Acute Care Medicine training with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and have a minimum of 3+ years relevant clinical experience. They must also be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have experience in an acute healthcare facility in general medicine.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to work in a level 1 tertiary teaching hospital that provides a range of acute services, including emergency, maternity, intensive care, medical imaging, pathology, dialysis, mental health and ambulatory services.

The location is North West Victoria on the Murray River, approximately 600 kms from Melbourne and 380 kms from Adelaide.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Currently undertaking General and Acute Care Medicine training with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians
  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in an acute healthcare facility in general medicine
  • A minimum of 3+ years relevant clinical experience
