Marketing Director for Global Brand Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive global brand transformation as our new Director Marketing and Content. This is a high-profile role that will play a key part in shaping our brand reputation and positioning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the transformation of our marketing and content pillar, driving commercial growth and societal impact outcomes.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing and content strategies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversight of a team of six to seven members, as well as a broader team of 35 people, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Leadership of the Marketing & Content team, creating a respected and valued service that is customer-focused and commercially oriented.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A relevant degree and extensive experience in marketing, content, and campaigns, or an equivalent level of industry knowledge.
- Proven transformation leadership experience within complex matrix organizations, with the ability to lead self and others through ambiguity and change.
- Advanced stakeholder management and relationship development experience, including sophisticated influencing skills and high intellectual capability.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales and marketing performance levers, with an ability to set targets, balance multiple priorities, plan complex work plans, and review return on investment.
- A highly competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
