We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services in our Adult Supported Accommodation Facilities.

The successful candidate will provide support, supervision, and direction to our team members while developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with service partners and other key stakeholders.

This role involves statewide travel and requires a strong understanding of the issues relating to homelessness, poverty, unemployment, substance use, and other factors that impact on vulnerable or at-risk people.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in counselling, conflict resolution, and program management.

They will also have a proven ability to lead and supervise a professional team, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and represent us in the local community.

In addition to their technical skills and experience, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of our mission and values, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

  • To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable people/probity type Nationally Coordinated Police Check (no older than 12 months);

  • Provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;

  • Provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical;

  • Provide a current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence.

On commencement, the successful applicant will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
