
Adult Hearing Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our team in Griffith, offering a healthy work-life balance and a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic hearing assessments, developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs, and fitting hearing devices to clients. A strong understanding of adult hearing rehabilitation and communication strategies is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in Audiology or Audiometry, with a passion for career development and learning. You should thrive in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and being a self-motivated 'People Champion.'
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments and develop individualized aural rehabilitation programs.
- Fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to clients.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies and tactics.
- Tertiary qualifications in Audiology or Audiometry.
- Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association.
- Confidence in adult hearing rehabilitation, including fitting of hearing devices.
