The Residential Accommodation Services team is responsible for ensuring that the Department of Health can provide accommodation to eligible onboarding health service staff in accordance with its policy.

Residential Property Officers oversee all aspects of residential accommodation, managing contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing properties, and arranging maintenance and cleaning services. They are also the primary contact for accommodation-related issues, liaising and negotiating with stakeholders and tenants.

This role requires:

  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, including effective communication and relationship management.
  • Strong organisational skills, including financial management and adaptability.
