Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute research projects that drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical and experimental activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or polymer science
  • 4+ years' experience in multiple technologies, including polyurethane, hybrid, butyl, and water-based technologies
Physical Demands:

The incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
