Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead our engineering team. This position involves overseeing mechanical design and development, leading critical projects, providing technical direction, and collaborating with multiple departments to support new product development and research efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project execution, communicate progress and risks to senior leadership, and ensure designs meet safety, quality, and manufacturability standards.
  • Lead multiple product lines across various mechanical disciplines, handle team resource planning, recruitment, training, and development, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to best practices, identify technology gaps, and develop innovation roadmaps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, approximately 10 years of experience in product design and manufacturing, and at least 2 years managing engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills, proficiency in GD&T, and core mechanical engineering principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electromechanical or rotating machinery, advanced degrees (MSME, MBA), and familiarity with aerospace or industrial engineering standards.
