**The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Role.**

This position is accountable for leading electrical maintenance and automation functions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment.

Based at Revesby, this role plays a key part in sustaining high-performance manufacturing by managing a team of qualified electricians.

Oversight of compliance with electrical safety standards and driving continuous improvement in automated systems are key responsibilities.

You will contribute to our success by:

  • Providing technical oversight across PLCs, SCADA, motor control, and instrumentation systems.
  • Supporting integration and optimisation of advanced automation technologies to improve performance.
  • Partnering with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime and enhance asset reliability.
  • Ensuring maintenance practices align with our safety-first culture and operational excellence standards.

For this role, we expect you to have:

  • degree qualified in Electrical Engineering and/or Automation;
  • minimum 10 years' experience in asset management (e.g., RCM, PMO);
  • proven experience in leading teams to deliver high equipment reliability and maintenance performance;
  • strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
  • proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools;
  • experienced in problem-solving, decision-making, risk management, and ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, and Australian Standards requirements.
