Electrical Supervisor Role

This is a hands-on position offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance ensuring all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely. You will supervise a team of electricians coordinating maintenance tasks and play an active role in troubleshooting and repairs.

About the Position:
  • Supervise and support a team of two electricians.
  • Perform routine maintenance repairs and installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards.
  • Liaise with teams to prioritize tasks.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment status.
  • Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
  • Coordinate and execute routine maintenance activities.
  • Identify and address potential electrical hazards.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve workflow processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid Electrical License.
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Commitment to quality work standards.
