Electrical Maintenance Specialist
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our mine infrastructure team as a High Voltage Electrician/Leading Hand. You will be responsible for performing servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of mine facilities and large-scale mobile mining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the electrical supervisor in day-to-day operations, including planning execution, projects and parts scoping/ordering.
- Completing general maintenance, breakdowns, services and component change-outs to a high standard.
- Installation and maintenance of machine guidance technology and fleet management systems.
- Source technical information from relevant reference manuals and computer-based systems.
- A valid Electrical Trade Certificate.
- Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 & 3007 standards.
- Electrical supervisors/contractor's license issued by the relevant authority.
- Current CPR certification.
- Post-trade experience in installation and maintenance of industrial electrical installations.
As an experienced electrician, you will have the skills and expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical infrastructure.
With a focus on maintaining high standards, you will work closely with our electrical supervisor to identify and implement improvements to our electrical systems.
