Maintenance Supervisor Electrical

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our electrical maintenance and automation functions, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment.

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing a team of qualified electricians, overseeing compliance with electrical safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in automated systems.

This role plays a key part in sustaining high-performance manufacturing by partnering with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime and enhance asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical oversight across PLCs, SCADA, motor control, and instrumentation systems.
  • Supporting integration and optimisation of advanced automation technologies to improve performance.
  • Leading and supervising the mechanical maintenance trades at our site, ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination.
  • Overseeing both electrical and mechanical maintenance outcomes, including compliance, asset care, and resource planning.

A degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Automation is essential, along with minimum 10 years' experience in asset management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading teams to deliver high equipment reliability and maintenance performance.

In addition to strong communication and stakeholder management skills, we are looking for someone who can work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
