Estate Planning Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration across multiple states and jurisdictions in Australia.
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills and powers of attorney.
- Perform administrative duties and provide office assistance as required.
- Respond to customer enquiries with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This full-time position is based in Victoria and involves working closely with the Head of Legal and senior lawyers to advance this area of our business.

- A willingness to learn, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Substantial knowledge or practical experience in wills and estates, preferably with PEXA and Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system familiarity.
- Ability to supervise legal work, mentor staff, and contribute to individual development and training in wills and estates.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
