Estate Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Lawyer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, drafting estate planning documents, and attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries.
- Prepare applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia.
- Drafting of estate planning documents.
- Administrative duties and office assistance as required.
- Attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries.
This position is full-time and based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Wills and Estates law and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of post-graduate experience.
- Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience with PEXA and Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system.
