Experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team and contribute to our growth. The successful candidate will work alongside our Head of Legal and senior lawyers to take our business to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail. They should also have strong telephone skills and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
In addition to a competitive remuneration package, we offer extensive and invaluable training across multiple jurisdictions from wills & estates lawyers, as well as ongoing training and development budget.
About You- Able to prepare applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia
- Drafting estate planning documents
- Administrative duties and office assistance as required
- Attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries
- Managing complex Probate & Letters of Administration matters
- Assisting clients with deceased estate property transactions and superannuation claims
- Contributing to the development of individuals and their knowledge and skills in Wills and Estates
