Senior Estate Lawyer

This is a challenging role for an experienced Lawyer seeking to leverage their skills and knowledge in Wills and Estates.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in estate planning, probate, and administration, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. This individual will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include drafting and preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, as well as contributing to the development of comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients' unique needs and circumstances.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Wills and Estates.
- Substantial knowledge or practical experience in estate planning, probate, and administration.
- Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
