Role Description

At our law firm, we specialise in wills and estates. We handle probate and letters of administration cases across various jurisdictions.

  • We prepare applications for grants of probate and letters of administration.
  • We draft estate planning documents.
  • Administrative duties and office support are also required.
  • Customers' ad-hoc inquiries are attended to.

Key Qualifications: A willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, strong telephone skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders, substantial knowledge or practical experience in Wills and Estates, 3+ Years PQE.
