Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and drive business growth.

- Team Collaboration: Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industry, with a minimum of 2 years of National Account Management experience.
- Sales and Business Development: Experience in B2B sales and cold calling, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Communication and Negotiation: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with high-level commercial and negotiation skills.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of direct selling culture and commercial business practices.
