We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to sell F5 products and services by effectively turning prospects into satisfied repeat customers in a specified territory through efficient use of all F5's direct and Channel Partner resources.
The role will be based in Sydney, where you will engage prospective clients within an assigned geographic territory or set of named accounts to introduce them to F5's products, application solutions, and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan strategically and implement action plans to meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
- Drive 'Land and Expand' to cross-sell or upsell on the existing customer base and partner with Channel Community to drive sales closure.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop demand generation strategies through events, webinars, and other digital tactics to drive adoption of new software products via trials/downloads from our website.
- Engage effectively with different buying personas, including DevOps, NetOps, SecOps, and CXO level executives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting in SFDC by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process.
- Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
About You:
- You have a bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- You possess proficient English language skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have recent 4 years of experience in high tech solution or SaaS sales, preferably with application network or security solutions.
- You have at least 2 years of active joint partner engagement sales experience.
- You are familiar with BANT qualification and have experience with corporate productivity tools (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Zoom).
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
