Job Overview

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through strategic action planning, collaboration with Partners in the banking industry, and maintaining Salesforce KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for client accounts, aligning with Partner goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Partners to identify revenue-driving opportunities and formulate effective solutions.
  • Provide optimal service levels and participate in Partners' strategic business planning processes.
  • Maintain and update all Salesforce KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with Partners to drive mutual growth and success.
About You
  • You have experience in retail banking, mortgage lending, and financial planning, with a proven ability to understand bankers' requirements.
  • You possess strong planning and prioritization skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and bonuses.
