We're proud to offer a newly created leadership opportunity at our state-of-the-art Powderline plant in Girraween, a key part of our vertically integrated supply chain supporting multiple manufacturing sites across Australia.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our powder coating facility, overseeing a skilled team across material handling, coating, packaging, dispatch, and plant maintenance.
  • Drive Delivery In Full and On Time (DIFOT) performance.
  • Champion our Zero Harm safety culture.
  • Mentor and develop your team.
  • Ensure operational maintenance and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • A hands-on leader with previous supervisory experience in a process manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team engagement skills.
  • WHS knowledge and a commitment to safety.
  • Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
  • A solid understanding of materials management.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude.
