Chief Manufacturing Officer

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive growth and efficiency across our manufacturing division.

This is a top-level management position that requires a motivated individual with 5+ years of experience in managing manufacturing operations in a FMCG or relevant environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and forecasting of production resources
  • Ensuring quality control and supply chain procedures are maintained and developed through effective communication and training across all production shifts
  • Oversight of machine maintenance and servicing schedules
  • Providing oversight for support and resolution of operational issues on the production floor
  • Driving maximum productivity from the production team
  • Liaising with production supervisors to achieve manufacturing and business KPIs
  • Development and implementation of continuous process improvement and adoption by the production team
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety guidelines

This is a developing role with regular opportunities for continual improvement, working closely with the executive team to keep all aspects of the business ahead of the curve as we continue to grow quickly.
