Job Title

Production Manager is responsible for leading a 24/7 manufacturing operation in the ANZ region, producing plastic preforms and closures.

This role involves embedding a Lean culture based on Operational Excellence tools, driving continuous improvement to enhance capability and performance, and delivering cost-out initiatives.

The Production Manager will also support teams in investigating, troubleshooting, and solving issues, as well as managing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
