Production Management Role

This is a key position in our organization, requiring the expertise of a seasoned production professional to oversee all aspects of production.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in contract manufacturing and a proven track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments. They will be responsible for managing daily batch manufacturing and packing operations, overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As a production manager, you will lead a team of shift supervisors and team leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless communication and accountability. You will also be responsible for coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime, collaborating with the quality team to ensure consistency in meeting GMP and internal standards, and monitoring equipment reliability.

Additional responsibilities include tracking and reporting production performance metrics, coordinating with planning and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging components, and consumables, maintaining accurate batch documentation and traceability, and managing production budgets.
