Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to drive revenue and category profit growth for our fashion range. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in retail category management, relevant tertiary qualifications, and excellent communication skills. Proven experience managing successful supplier relationships is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and create engaging value propositions for customers.

You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, taking part in supplier negotiations, creating value propositions, monitoring customer engagement, working with stores to drive category success, managing budgets and forecasts, and maintaining positive cash flow.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. A high level of initiative and the capacity to work independently are also essential.
