**Job Title:** Category Development Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, retail category strategy, or business development.
  • A strong toolkit of problem-solving, analysis, communication, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business value and stakeholder engagement in a retail setting.
  • Customer-first and team-first mindset, with a bias towards action and continuous improvement.
