Job Overview

The role of a Senior People Advisor is pivotal in providing high-level HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and their management teams.

This involves ensuring the effective implementation and management of people policies, practices, and procedures that foster a positive work culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to implement and manage personnel policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Deliver high-level coaching and mentoring to leaders and staff.
  • Develop and drive workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Support leaders with organisational reviews and initiatives.
  • Initiate, manage, and contribute to major reports, projects, committees, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a senior HR generalist role covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating, and report writing.
