HR Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead the efficient management of Human Resources in Australia and New Zealand.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with business departments to identify HR service needs based on workforce planning, business requirements, and employee needs.

Requirements:
  • A university degree in HR Management or Labour Law is preferred.
  • Industry background and knowledge of local employment laws and regulations are essential.
  • At least four years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in an international environment is required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and business skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex issues.
  • Familiarity with the latest labour laws and government regulations is also necessary.
