Job Title: Technical Specialist

The primary objective of a Technical Specialist is to provide technical assistance and expert guidance to Case Managers in the Claims Services team.

This role requires strong technical expertise within the Victorian workers compensation scheme, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key responsibilities include providing technical support to claims teams regarding claims management processes, reviewing current practices and procedures, and identifying emerging trends.
  • A successful candidate will also assist the claims teams in achieving performance measures, develop strategic initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement.
