The Opportunity

Our team members interact with clients and inspire thousands of people to become more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.

No two days are the same as part of our team. You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life.

In this role, you will drive client growth by performing outreach activities - generating and converting leads by inspiring people to take action that has a positive impact on their physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

You will aid client retention through positive interaction with existing clients, assisting them with enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service that motivates them to continue their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales growth utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective clients
  • Create great client journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Be actively involved in client retention programs, inspiring clients to continue their fitness journey
  • Make regular service calls to new and existing clients to keep them engaged in their journey - recommend club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Requirements:

  • Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Have a problem-solving mindset - you can provide solutions that meet the needs of potential clients
  • Have a gift for communication - you can talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
  • Have drive - you are goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself
