**Empower Customer Success**

We are seeking an experienced Client Training Coordinator to join our dynamic Training Team. In this role, you will empower administrators to manage their services efficiently and deliver exceptional educational experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve value and outcomes through effective implementation and education. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality training sessions, curating relevant training materials, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience in software training, including CCMS or PES software
  • Strong background in educating diverse customers
  • Able to design and deliver engaging training sessions
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer challenges when learning new software
  • Comfortable working in a global organisation with flexible hours
