Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full product development lifecycle for suspension and vehicle dynamics.
  • Guide a high-performing team of engineers through design, simulation, testing, and validation.
  • Oversee product performance across kinematics, durability, safety, and off-road capability.
  • Lead project planning across cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement, modern engineering tools, and innovative thinking.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making across R&D and product development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in suspension development or vehicle dynamics.
  • Experience leading and developing specialist teams of engineers.
  • Technical depth in off-road vehicle behaviour, suspension design, kinematics.
  • Strong skills in CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g. Adams, Simpack).
  • A deep understanding of relevant standards (ADR, ISO, SAE).
  • Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
  • A genuine interest in 4WDs, performance vehicles, or off-road applications.
