About This Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position that oversees the development of innovative suspension systems and off-road solutions for 4x4 vehicles.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development lifecycle projects from concept through to validation and release.
  • Manage and guide a team of engineers in design, simulation, testing, and validation of suspension and vehicle dynamics products.
  • Oversee product performance across kinematics, durability, safety, and off-road capability.
  • Plan and lead project management across multiple teams, managing resources, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement, modern engineering tools, and innovative thinking to achieve exceptional results.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making across R&D and product development.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in suspension development or vehicle dynamics with expertise in off-road vehicle behavior.
  • Experience leading specialist teams of engineers and managing their growth and development.
  • Technical knowledge of CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g. Adams, Simpack).
  • A deep understanding of relevant standards (ADR, ISO, SAE) and regulatory requirements.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine interest in 4WDs, performance vehicles, or off-road applications.
