Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Off-Road Suspension Engineer Lead to spearhead our team in the development of cutting-edge suspension systems and off-road solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for suspension and vehicle dynamics
  • Guide a high-performing team of engineers through design, simulation, testing, and validation
  • Oversee product performance across kinematics, durability, safety, and off-road capability
  • Manage project planning across cross-functional teams, allocating resources, timelines, and outcomes
  • Advocate continuous improvement, modern engineering tools, and innovative thinking
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making across R&D and product development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in suspension development or vehicle dynamics
  • Experience leading specialist teams of engineers
  • Technical depth in off-road vehicle behavior, suspension design, kinematics
  • Strong skills in CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g. Adams, Simpack)
  • A deep understanding of relevant standards (ADR, ISO, SAE)
  • Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • A genuine interest in 4WDs, performance vehicles, or off-road applications
