Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Infrastructure Coordinator to lead our team in delivering key project objectives.


  • Direct and motivate trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish critical project deliverables.
  • Sustain high standards of Health, Safety and Environment best practice, setting an example for the team.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments before mobilisation and ensure necessary controls, tools and resources are available.
  • Consolidate project tracking against schedules and budgets.
  • Review completed site quality documentation and compile close out reports for clients.
  • Monitor procurement to guarantee work crews have all necessary plant, equipment and materials required to conduct works from the start.
  • Capture variations and claims accurately.
  • Mentor project leadership in technical and construction practices to enhance overall productivity.
  • Evaluate and manage minor projects and/or package manage electrical infrastructure scope on major projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • A relevant Trade or Engineering qualification.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a management, coordination or senior supervisory position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects.
  • Experience completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary (Civil, SMP and E&I) project environment.
  • The ability to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to work away as required.
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence.
