Job Opportunity: Senior Infrastructure Coordinator

The role of the Senior Infrastructure Coordinator is a crucial one in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the rail network. This position involves planning, coordinating, and executing work related to High Voltage Equipment and the Traction Distribution System.

As a Senior Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing isolation earthing plans, supporting the safe execution of work, and adhering to operational procedures and safety standards. You will also play a key role in interpreting technical drawings and providing technical advice to staff members.

This position requires strong planning, coordination, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You must have a proven track record of leading and supervising teams, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are consistently maintained.

  • Develop comprehensive isolation earthing plans and execute them safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate requests for work near High Voltage Equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide technical advice and support to staff members on Permit to Work processes and working safely near OLE.
  • Lead and supervise teams to ensure effective project delivery and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to procedural improvements and provide training and support to staff members.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work related to OLE equipment and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to interpret electrical/electrical drawings, provide technical advice, and execute safety-critical planning with a high level of accuracy and detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and supervise teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to resolve issues and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills, including experience with CMMS and Microsoft Excel.
