">Essential Requirements">
  • A relevant qualification in Fitness or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, Degree or higher).
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Current industry experience and knowledge of contemporary practices in the fitness sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in a flexible and student-centred learning environment.
  • An understanding of VET compliance and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
