Fitness Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Manager to lead our fitness operations, drive class growth, and support instructors in delivering exceptional group fitness experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster a positive and motivating team environment that encourages instructor development and collaboration.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote group fitness classes and increase attendance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor instructors to ensure high-quality classes and consistent customer service.
- Manage instructor schedules, invoices, and communication to ensure seamless operations.
- Promote group fitness on social media platforms and create engaging content to attract new members.
Our state-of-the-art facilities offer a diverse range of amenities, including cycle studios, reformer Pilates, cafés, crèches, and saunas. We cater to a vibrant community of fitness enthusiasts and families.
Key Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Group Fitness Manager or Instructor with a strong understanding of group dynamics and member engagement.
- Les Mills Certification: Qualified in at least two Les Mills programs, demonstrating expertise in program design and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the Club Manager and National Group Fitness Manager.
- Able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating innovative solutions to improve member satisfaction and retention.
