Fitness Trainer Educator

We are seeking an experienced educator to deliver high-quality vocational education and training programs in Fitness.
Job Responsibilities:- Program Development: Create and implement outcome-focused VET programs that cater to diverse student needs.
- Flexible Delivery: Utilize blended and online delivery methods to engage students effectively.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, schools, and internal teams.
- A relevant vocational qualification in Fitness or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or higher).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Current industry experience and knowledge of contemporary fitness practices.
- Genuine passion for education and training with strong communication, engagement, and flexible delivery skills.
