",Essential Qualifications and Skills:",
  • A relevant vocational qualification in fitness or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or higher).",
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).",
  • Current industry experience and knowledge of contemporary practices in the fitness sector.",
  • Strong communication skills, passion for education, and ability to engage students effectively.",
  • Understanding of VET compliance and commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered learning experiences.
